The workouts will be 1 hour and consist of overall skill building exercises and drills. We are going to limit this first round to 4 people. First 4 people to RSVP will get a slot, however in case of any possible changes make sure to RSVP even if the list is full, to be put on the wait list. If enough people wait list we will do another session from 6-7pm. Take these opportunities to get better. Feel free to message Coach Ryan if you have any questions.
